Qualification and control
Shared program rules
- A referral identifies an independent organisation; it never adds users or grants access.
- The customer completes a meaningful workflow and maintains eligible payment through the qualification period.
- Refunds, chargebacks, self-referrals and duplicate attribution are reviewed before benefits or commissions are released.
- Partner commissions remain on hold for 45 days and enter a statement after the accumulated minimum is reached.
- Legal, tax and banking documentation is required before partner approval and payment.
